Reviews and Ratings
I had such a disappointing stay at this hotel, primarily due to the terrible service and unexpected charges that left a bad taste in my mouth. While the location is beautiful, and the atmosphere has potential, my experience was overshadowed by unprofessional staff and a lack of communication. I can't recommend this place if you value good service and transparency.
My stay at the Inn on the Blue Horizon had its beautiful moments, especially with the scenic surroundings. However, I was deeply disappointed by the food quality and the noisy rooster that kept us awake. The amenities were sparse, and the lack of proper service really took away from potential enjoyment. Overall, it doesn't feel worth the high price tag.
Staying at the Inn on the Blue Horizon was an absolute dream come true! The views of the Caribbean from the property are stunning, making it a truly serene escape. The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for our wedding anniversary celebration. However, the layout of the inn could be a bit awkward as you have to pass through the bar and restaurant to access the guest area. Overall, it’s a beautiful place with some minor quirks, but well worth the experience.
This hotel is a hidden gem! The breathtaking views and peaceful atmosphere make it a perfect getaway, especially during the holidays when everything is beautifully decorated. The infinity pool became our favorite spot after a day of exploring, and the rooms were spacious and clean. However, we did have a few minor issues with the shower and found the outdoor evening lights a bit overwhelming at times.
My stay at the hotel was a nightmare from start to finish. While the grounds were lovely and offered beautiful views, the experience was overshadowed by poor service and an unsettling lack of cleanliness. The staff were unhelpful and dismissive, particularly when I raised concerns about bedbugs. I cannot recommend this place at all, and I left feeling completely unsatisfied. On the flip side, the infinity pool offered breathtaking scenery and was one of the few highlights of my stay.
